Care is a human need and capacity without which we cannot survive flourish. However, care often underpaid considered an excessive burden in the economy despite being socially valued. Philosophical political perspectives on vulnerability are essential for understanding continuous undermining of organizations society. This article draws feminist psychoanalytic idea embodied vulnerability, defined as our intrinsic dependence others, to explain ambivalence surrounding contemporary societies organizations. The argument I develop this paper that dependency erroneously associated with weakness must avoid or ignore. Neoliberal ideology – dominant influence permeating public life casts such interdependency moral failure juxtaposes it fantasy rational individual, who disembodied free any social obligations.
